Comment: Hello Irek, it is very nice that you have replied to my comments. I would like to make a few points more clear.I along with my friend come here quite often as we use the computers for online betting and i book a lot of tickets for trips round the country. As i said, the improvements you have made so far are far better than they used to be. The cafe is a pleasant enviroment to work in, its been nice a cool during the hot spell we have had lately, and the clientell are very good company.I think the reintroduction of the staff to ensure safe and reliable running of the cafe is a godsend. the three guys you have working here are all well mannered, pleasant and very helpful.The computers are certainly much improved, and are a pleasure to use now. If you would like me to have a look at the other cafe at oxford street i would be very happy to do so in the next week or so. Please don't take my comments as a knock down, indeed, as i said, they are very well run and lets be honest, at £3.50 per day where else can you get value for money like that.Just a few tweaks and you will have a cafe to be proud of. mark

Comment: still a lot of work to be done here even though you have upgraded the system. whats the point installing office software when you cant use it. and god forbid if i use lycos, its definately sure to freeze up. On the other hand, if like we have been promised, they upgrade to what they have in rose st. edinburgh, then were going to find a marked improvement towards the plus side. we have to wait and see

Comment: I have contracted a 5 days vouchers for 10 pounds on the 09/04/08. Unfortunatly, since I have used this location, I have kept on having IT issues /Problems with the systems( Word do***ent keep on craching/freezing page), Internet access very slow and unreliable. Overrall, I am very frustrated as I always have to change computers, losing my actual work on your system. Should you do a review for this site, and improved the IT materials that you asked your customers to pay for . I am A manager myself for almost 14 years, and actually Operations Manager for Sony UK, Terminal 5 Heathrow Airport, I think that this situation is unacceptable and you will need to do something to correct it. Otherwise , others customers may encounters the same problems, and your reputation , in the long term will suffer.
